  • If your appointment is outside of Sola Salons' general operating hours (10am to 5pm), the front doors will be locked.

    Please respect other stylists' personal spaces and avoid tapping on the windows for entry.

    To gain access, just enter the code "129" on the keypad and press the "CALL" button.

  • Ginchy Studio was made with community and busy moms in mind. Because of this, I'd love you to invite a friend or two to hang with you during your appointment (side note: because I talk with my hands, it also helps me focus and work faster when you talk among yourselves 😂).

    There are two seats available in the waiting area, a full snack bar, 43" TV with several streaming service apps connected, and Bluetooth speakers to keep your guest(s) entertained. Other amenities include a multi-stall restroom, which is available in the building; and many restaurants and stores nearby Sola Salons for their (and your) convenience during longer services.

    Guests will not be permitted near the workstation for safety reasons.

  • Ginchy Studio is kid friendly!

    I know how difficult childcare can be to come by and I'd never want anything to come between you and great hair! No matter if they're the client or simply a guest of yours, children ages 8 and older are more than welcome here.

    Children younger than 8 are allowed, but not recommended in the salon due to limited supervision. The salon is a dangerous place, if you think about it. But you know your child(ren) best, so if you think they can sit quietly for the entirety of your service, then bring them!

    Please remember that this time is for YOU! While I understand childcare challenges, please ensure you are taking care to protect this kid-free time and space for yourself by not bringing your children if you do not need to.

    You deserve it.

  • Ginchy Studio has a 48 HOUR cancellation policy.

    Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

    To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you notify me of any changes or cancellations to your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to another customer who may be waiting eagerly.

    In the event that I am not given sufficient notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment price will apply. This also means that "NO CALL, NO SHOW"s will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, too.

    Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

  • While I strive to deliver the best results at all times, sometimes, I just won't get it right the first time. But because I value my labor, as well as the time and product that was spent during your service, Ginchy Studio has a NO REFUNDS policy after two days following your service.

    PLEASE NOTE: I STRIVE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. Refund requests just don't happen often at Ginchy because of this standard of care put into your service.

    For this reason, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify me within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, you will be asked to return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by scheduling a service correction, with adjustments made for you at no cost ONLY WITHIN THE FIRST TWO DAYS OF INITIAL SERVICE.

    However, after this grace period, the service is considered "completed to your satisfaction", and I will not be providing a refund for a satisfactory service.

    While I don't wish to inconvenience you, I understand this is not ideal for busy clients. For that, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
